• What forms of payment do you take?

  Payment can be completed through all major platforms- Zelle, ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo.

• Why is a deposit required?

  The deposit pays for the materials to complete the commission.

• What is the average completion time?

  A commission takes 1-2 weeks to complete. Complex designs require an additional week.

• What is the rug made out of?

  All items are crafted from acrylic yarn. While they may shed fibers for up to a year, this won’t impact their quality or durability. For best long-term wear, place them in low-traffic areas.

• How do I clean the rug?

  DO NOT MACHINE WASH. Remove spills or spots immediately by gently cleaning with a mild detergent or water and let air dry. Lint roll, vacuum, or steam clean when needed.
